It seems that those people don't consider TNR (trap neuter release) / spayed & neuter as a solution for limiting the population of stray cats.

Idiot why didn’t he trap neuter release these cats to stop the vicious cycle of suffering of endless kittens and cats. Wow even letting the kitten and his neighbor’s cat have babies. So irresponsible.

Hate to be that girl but here we go…As sweet as this documentary tries to be, I just wish spaying and neutering was a topic. At times there is too much anthropomorphizing the cats like the Tom cat “helping with labor” The Tom thought the Queen was in heat and was trying to mate sideways. Then the one guy takes a cat home and lets her have kittens with another cat? Will he keep them all? How will he rehome them all? No way.

As stated in this documentary, there are so many strays and kittens suffer highly. Why not help enforce their lives by spaying and neutering? He made a book? Ask for donations for vetting. Ask rescues to step in. Stop the suffering from creating more suffering. If those cats had the ear tip, they would become better neighbors and people in the area would be more accepting. No more spraying or fighting or kittens being born is the saddest of conditions.

TNR for feral/community cats, not talked about, but very important. Otherwise a very beautiful and heart breaking documentary on the reality of life for cats and their kittens in city streets.

I have five cats, all rescues and three of them neighborhood strays. Anyone who thinks they scratch and want nothing to do with humans hasn't spent much time with them. Cans only do that when they're afraid. Tame cats can be so loving!
Thank you for having such compassion for cats, and thank you for adopting one. Now please, get her spayed.

I didn’t watch this as I love cats n don’t like to see them suffer. But scrolled through the comments to see if anyone disliked this video these people need to realise how and why r cats roaming the cities. It’s caused by humanity. People get a cat as a pet then this cat is not neutered then for what ever reason these sick people abandon their pets then they have to fend for them selves outside.. litter after litter is born hence the ferals. N cats start to multiply. So humans are the cause for this destruction. That’s why I love and feed n provide shelter for all strays. As I know it’s not their fault they didn’t choose that life. I think this world would be a better place if we coexisted. N everyone helped the cats, organised TNR for the non rehomeable ones n found homes for tamed ones. Cats are gods creatures. We have to treat animals with respect n love each and every animal. As a Muslim girl cats are well loved in Islam. But that’s not to say that everyone is nice towards cats their are both good and bad People. One has nothing to lose to show compassion towards animals. it’s a good deed and the feeling that you’ve helped a suffering animal is very rewarding.
